Era anul 1996 şi am fost selectat în grupul de studenţi ai Facultăţii de Ştiinţe Politice şi Administrative de la Universitatea Babeş-Bolyai din Cluj Napoca care urma să-şi desfăşoare practica de studiu la Parlamentul României.
